Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, your password (stored only as a hash that can't be turned back into it), your account type and the language you chose.
• Creators: display name, bio, date of birth, category, region and language, links to your channels and audience figures, analytics screenshots you upload, and your channel's public picture.
• Creators under 18: a parent's or guardian's name and email, and the parent's ID photo and selfie when they approve, checked and deleted the same way.
• Creators 18 or older: a photo of an ID and a selfie holding it, only to confirm their age. Only the site's admin sees them; they are stored encrypted and deleted right after the check. All we keep is a note that the age was confirmed.
• Brands: company name, website, industry and the logo from the website.
• Payout details: a PayPal email or bank account details. Bank details are stored encrypted.
• What you write and send on the site: applications, chat messages, messages to support, campaigns, links to content and sales reports.
• Payments: amounts, statuses and the payment provider's references. Card details are entered at PayPal and never reach us.
• Signing in with Google, Twitch or Kick: the ID the service gives us, your email, your name and your channel name.
• Technical: a sign-in cookie, cookies for language and display, and your IP address, kept briefly to limit login attempts.

Why we use it

To run the service: showing profiles and campaigns, connecting creators and brands, making and recording payments, sending account emails and notifications, keeping the site secure and meeting our legal obligations.

We don't sell information and don't use it for advertising.

Whom we share it with

• Other users: brands see the profiles of creators who applied to their campaigns, including their age, and creators see campaign and brand details. Payout details and parents' details are never shown to other users.
• Providers that help us run the site: PayPal for payments, our email service, and Google, Twitch or Kick if you signed in with them.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store information outside Israel.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: signing in, language, and light or dark display. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you close it, we delete your personal information, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, which are kept for up to 7 years.

Security

Passwords are stored as hashes, bank details and ID photos are encrypted, the connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to payment details is limited to the site's administrators. No method is completely secure. If we find a security incident that affects your information, we will tell you.

Minors

Creators can sign up from age 13. Under 18, a parent's or guardian's details and consent are required. Adults-only campaigns are shown only to creators whose age was confirmed with an ID, and minors' payouts go to the parent's account. Brands see a creator's profile only after the creator applied to one of their campaigns.

Your rights

You can see and correct your information on your profile page, ask for a copy of it and ask us to delete it. Contact us with any question; if you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will announce it on the site or by email.
