Terms of use
Last updated: 10/10/2026
Welcome to SponsorHub. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site: creators, brands and visitors. Using the site means you have read these terms and agree to them.
What SponsorHub is
SponsorHub is a platform that connects content creators with brands for sponsorships. Brands publish campaigns, creators apply, and the two sides agree on the work through the site.
The agreement about the content itself, meaning what is posted, when and how, is between the brand and the creator. SponsorHub provides the platform, the chat and the holding of payments. It is not a party to the content and is not responsible for it.
Who can use it
Creators can sign up from age 13. A creator under 18 signs up only with a parent's or guardian's details and consent, and the parent is responsible for what is done in the account. The parent approves with a photo of their own ID and a selfie holding it.
Creators 18 or older confirm their age with a photo of an ID and a selfie holding it before they apply to campaigns or get paid.
A brand must be an adult or a business. Anyone who signs up for a business confirms they may act for it.
You are responsible for giving accurate details and for keeping your password safe. One account per person or business.
Payments and commission
- Prices on the site are in US dollars.
- In a flat-fee campaign, the brand pays the agreed amount up front. We hold the money until the creator marks the content as posted and the brand approves it. If the brand neither approves nor contacts us within 7 days of the content being marked as posted, the money is released to the creator automatically.
- SponsorHub takes a commission on every deal, currently 10% of the amount. It comes out of the creator's share, and the exact amount is shown to both sides before the deal is closed.
- On small payments, the brand may also pay the payment processing fee. The amount is shown before paying.
- In a sales-share campaign, the brand reports its sales and pays the creator's share through us. The brand is responsible for reporting fully and accurately.
- Game keys and "other" rewards pass directly between the brand and the creator, not through the site, and SponsorHub is not responsible for their delivery.
- Creators are responsible for giving correct payout details. Payouts to a creator under 18 go to the parent's account.
- When a brand is new to the site (less than 30 days), the creator's payout goes out 7 days after release, to protect against payments with stolen cards.
- Each side is responsible for reporting its own income and paying its own taxes.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
A deal that was paid for but not yet released to the creator can be cancelled through us, and the money is returned to the brand.
If there is a dispute about the content or the payment, report a problem on the deal or contact us before the money is released. A report stops the automatic release. We will look at what was shared in the chat and decide in good faith whether to release the payment to the creator or return it to the brand. Once the money has been released to the creator, we cannot take it back.
Rules of conduct
- Creators must mark sponsored content as advertising, as the law and each platform's rules require.
- Do not post content that is illegal, misleading or offensive, or that infringes anyone's rights.
- Do not offer adults-only campaigns to minors. Alcohol and gambling campaigns are always adults only.
- Do not move a deal that started on the site off the site to avoid the commission.
- Do not harass other users, impersonate anyone or try to break into the site.
We may remove content, and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your content
Content you upload, such as your profile, campaigns, messages and screenshots, stays yours. You allow SponsorHub to show it on the site as needed to run the service.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not promise it will be free of faults.
SponsorHub is not responsible for the content creators post, for brands' products, or for third-party services such as PayPal, Google, Twitch and Kick.
As far as the law allows, our liability to a user is limited to the commissions we received from that user's deals in the last 12 months.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. Deals whose money we are holding are settled first, under these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
